Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Ahmed ("we", "us") about your use of the Bazm Live app. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who can use Bazm Live

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use apps like this where you live. One person may hold more than one account only if they do not use them to cheat, abuse others or avoid a ban.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in (Google account or phone number) safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

3. Fun only, no money

• Bazm Live is for entertainment. It does not offer jobs, salaries, money rewards or prizes of any kind.
• Coins are a virtual item you can buy through Google Play or receive for free in events and rewards. Diamonds and other points are virtual items you earn in the app.
• Coins, diamonds, gifts and items have no money value. They cannot be sold, exchanged or withdrawn for money, goods or anything outside the app, and are never "won" as real money.
• You get a licence to use virtual items inside the app; you do not own them. We may change their prices, look or effects.
• Buying, selling or trading coins, items or accounts for real money outside the app is not allowed and may lead to a ban without refund.

4. Games

Games in the app use virtual coins only. Results of chance-based games are decided by our servers using published chances that you can see in each game. Game results cannot be turned into money or real prizes. Using bots, hacks, multiple accounts or bugs to gain coins is cheating, and we may remove the coins and ban the account.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policies. Coins are added after Google confirms the payment. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove the coins (and items bought with them), which may leave a negative balance. Except where the law requires, purchases are not refundable by us and unused coins are not refunded if your account is deleted or banned.

6. Community rules

Do not post, say, stream or send anything that:

• involves anyone under 18, or sexualises, grooms or exploits children (we report this to the authorities);
• is nudity, sexual content, or sexual services;
• harasses, bullies, threatens or hates on people for their religion, ethnicity, gender, disability or other traits;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, drugs or weapons;
• is a scam, spam, impersonation (including of our staff or BAZM), or asks users for money, passwords or OTP codes;
• advertises real-money gambling, coin selling or other apps;
• shares someone's private information or recordings without consent, or infringes copyright (including music you play in rooms);
• breaks the law of Pakistan or of the country where you are.

Room owners and admins must enforce these rules in their rooms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, show, and distribute it inside the app so the service can work, and to review it for safety. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

8. Moderation and bans

We may remove content, mute, suspend or permanently ban accounts and devices that break these terms, with or without warning. Virtual items on a banned account are lost. If you think we made a mistake, write to the in-app support page (Me → Settings → Help & appeals).

9. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, or stop the app. We will try to give notice of major changes. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after the update means you accept them.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see how). We may end your account if you break these terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always work without errors or interruption. Users are responsible for what they say and do; we are not responsible for other users' conduct. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
