Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 November 2026 · App: Bazm Live (com.bazmlive.bazm_live)
This policy explains what information Bazm Live ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. The app is run by Muhammad Ahmed, Pakistan. Contact: the in-app support page (Me → Settings → Help & appeals).
Bazm Live is a voice chat and social entertainment app for people aged 18 and over. It does not pay money, salaries or prizes. Coins bought in the app are for use inside the app only and cannot be exchanged for money.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: the nickname, gender and country you enter at sign-up; your phone number if you sign in with a phone code (OTP); your name and email address from Google if you sign in with Google. We give each account a numeric Bazm ID.
- Profile: profile photo, bio, room name and room background you choose to add.
- Messages and posts: private chat messages, photos and voice notes you send, family chat messages, posts, comments, room announcements and messages to customer support.
- Music files: MP3 files you pick to play in your room.
- Reports: details you include when you report another user.
Information created when you use the app
- Activity: rooms you join, seats you take, follows, gifts sent and received, items bought, game rounds played, levels, medals and relationships (such as CP or family membership).
- Purchases: the order ID, product and time of coin packs you buy through Google Play, and your in-app coin and diamond balance and history. We never receive your card or bank details; Google Play handles payment.
- Device information: your Android device ID (used to stop banned users from creating new accounts), a push notification token, and app integrity tokens from Google Play Integrity / Firebase App Check.
- Technical data: IP address and connection data that our service providers receive when your phone connects to them, and, if enabled, crash and diagnostic reports.
Voice in rooms
When you speak on a seat in a voice room, your voice is streamed live to other people in that room through our voice provider, Agora. We do not record room audio. Voice notes you send in private chat are stored as files until deleted.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise or approximate location (your country is what you choose), contacts, call logs, SMS content, calendar or browsing history. The app only accesses photos or files you pick yourself, and the microphone only while you use voice features.
2. How we use information
- To create and run your account and show your profile to other users.
- To provide voice rooms, chat, gifts, games, families, events, rankings and other features.
- To process Google Play purchases, keep your coin balance correct and handle refunds.
- To keep the community safe: filter offensive words, review reports, ban accounts and devices that break our Terms, and prevent fraud and cheating.
- To send notifications you can turn off in your phone settings (for example gifts, follows, messages and room invites).
- To answer support requests and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not show third-party advertising.
3. What other users can see
Your nickname, Bazm ID, profile photo, gender, country flag, level, badges, frames, followers, gifts received, rankings and anything you say or post in public rooms, families or posts are visible to other users. Private chat messages are visible to you and the person you chat with. Our moderators may review reported content.
4. Service providers
We use these companies to run the app. They process data for us under their own security and privacy terms:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, App Check) | Sign-in, storing your account and content, server logic, notifications, abuse protection |
| Google Play (Billing, Play Integrity) | Coin purchases and app integrity checks |
| Agora | Live voice streaming in rooms |
| Google Firebase Crashlytics (if enabled) | Crash reports |
Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect users from harm, or as part of a sale or merger of the app (in which case this policy continues to apply).
5. How long we keep information
- Account, profile and content: while your account exists.
- When you delete your account: your profile, photos, voice notes, posts and chat messages are deleted within 30 days.
- Purchase and coin records: kept up to 180 days after deletion to handle refunds, chargebacks and fraud, then deleted.
- Records of bans and serious violations (account ID, device ID, reason): kept up to 1 year to stop banned users returning.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
6. Your choices and rights
- Edit your profile at any time in the app.
- Delete your account in the app: Me → Settings → Account → Delete account, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, through the in-app support page (Me → Settings → Help & appeals). We reply within 30 days.
- Turn off notifications or microphone and photo access in your phone settings.
- Block or report users from their profile or the room.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (TLS). Balances, purchases and game results are handled on our servers, not on your phone. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Google account and phone number safe.
8. Age limit
Bazm Live is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we close the account and delete its data. If you believe a minor is using the app, tell us at the in-app support page (Me → Settings → Help & appeals).
9. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. For important changes we will also tell you in the app.
