Delete your Bazm Live account

Bazm Live is made by Muhammad Ahmed. You can delete your account and its data in two ways.

In the app (fastest)

Open Bazm Live and sign in.
Tap Me, then Settings, then Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm. Google users are asked to pick their Google account again to confirm it is them.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Write to the developer email shown on the Bazm Live page in Google Play, with the subject "Delete my Bazm Live account", and include your Bazm ID and the phone number or Google email you signed in with. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm from that phone number or email. We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile: nickname, photo, bio, gender, country, phone number and email.
Your posts, comments, private chat messages, photos and voice notes.
Your rooms, followers and following lists, relationships, items, coins and diamonds.

What is kept, and for how long

Google Play purchase records and coin history: up to 180 days, for refunds, chargebacks and fraud checks.
If the account was banned: the Bazm ID, device ID and reason, up to 1 year, to stop banned users from returning.
Messages you sent in group places (family chat, other people's rooms) may stay visible to others without your name.

Coins and items on a deleted account cannot be restored or refunded.
